Tastes and smells just like the traditional dessert! I found this recipe by accident but I'm glad I did! Warning: For frilly drinkers only. Garnish glass rim with a wedge of pineapple or a maraschino cherry.

Ingredients | Caramel Macchiato Upside Down

ice

1 cup vanilla-flavored vodka (such as Svedka®)

1 cup pineapple juice

½ cup half-and-half

Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in vodka, pineapple juice, and half-and-half; cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted, about 30 seconds. Strain into 4 martini glasses.
