Pour water over flour mixture and stir until a sticky dough forms. Form dough into a ball using floured hands.Fry the dough in the hot oil until browned, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer fry bread to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.Bread can be kept warm in a 200 degrees F (95 degrees C) oven for 1 hour. They refrigerate nicely. Reheat in a 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 to 15 minutes.We have determined the nutritional value of oil for frying based on a retention value of 10% after cooking.
