Simple Way to Whitley Neill Mango And Papaya Gin

Bursting with fresh fruit flavours this gin is perfect for the long, summer days and nights.

Excellent for parties of all kinds (cookouts, bridal showers, etc.) Can also be made with vodka.

Ingredients | Whitley Neill Mango And Papaya Gin

9 cups water

2 cups white sugar

1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate

1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate

2 cups gin

Directions

In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil and let boil for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Stir in the orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate and gin. Pour into a plastic container and freeze overnight.

To serve, scoop 1/2 cup slush into a glass and top with lemon-lime soda.
