3 tablespoons lemon juice

3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons steak sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard

1 small garlic clove, peeled and chopped

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

2 cups salad oil

Directions

Combine blue cheese, lemon juice, tarragon vinegar, red wine vinegar, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until well blended. Gradually mix in salad oil until thoroughly combined. Serve immediately.
